Your office is using the reviews and pictures that Dr. Cotton and staff earned. You have been telling our patients that Dr. Cotton has closed her office, which is not true. Dr Cotton is still seeing her patients at the same location, only on change we are now in suite 406. Pls have ur staff to Stop slandering Dr. Cotton's name. If they have to tell our patients anything....please tell them she is not at this location. Be adults, be professional about this pls and thank you.

Hi Robb, you can for sure get your medical card in Florida. The fact that you are cardholder in Michigan will greatly streamline the process. Please give our office a call to start the process! Alex
The answer is $200. I asked online so the answer would be public.
Depression was on the list I'm sure one will need chronic conditions aswell ,Good people great program.
It's not listed as one of the conditions but talk to them and ask if it would. I think they do a free screening. Hope this helps!
Yes you have to be a Florida resident :( maybe use a friend\family member's residence? But your ID would have to reflect Florida address.
I don't think so but you could call any Florida dispensary and ask.
I believe Georgia has a medical program in place. You need to get a medical card in the state you live in. Ga probably won't recognize a FL med card. You take your medical records showing your ailments to the proper medical marijuana dr and they will evaluate your issues and recommend a regiment of medical marijuana for you that the state has to approve before you are able to purchase.
You can fill out a form on chwmedicalmarijuana.com to get the process started.
Unfortunately no. :-(
The process takes between 1 to 2 weeks.
Hi James, If your records have been transferred to us and you'd like to refill your cannabis prescription, please contact us either by phone, email, or the forms on our website!
