This isn’t a question.
The staff are teenagers and young adults. Most of them are very friendly. In any group, there are always a few that are not smiling. My grandchildren love to go to the Factory, and I enjoy taking them.
Please go tell a manager if one of those jump staff are rude to you and your kids! Lately there have been bad ones and if you tell the managers they will go correct those with the bad attitudes. I know a manager there and he loves kids and they would not put up with that. So moms go tell someone above them like I did! It is normally run pretty good by people who love the town and kids.
The staff who run the playground area tend to be on their phones but keep an eye out for kids breaking the rules. You can't expect young people to be excited about kids. They have always done their job adequately. It's not Disney World. At Disney, their staff is forced to be exuberant. You also pay $100+ per ticket.
Just left and the women in the jump factory were so rude to my 3 & 4 year olds that we left after 10 minutes. Completely disappointed. There is no need to blow whistles at and scream at children so young especially when there mom (myself) was right next to them supervising. If I return it will not be for the jump factory.
We have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The children, and supposed adults, have aleast enjoyed our visits here!
I’ve always had positive experiences when visiting with my children. No complaints at all. But there will always be complaints. Nothing is ever 100% perfect. Humans are prone to various short comings.
