Typical mcdonalds. Food came out fast and hot. Iced tea is behind the counter because of the shortage. Appreciate the free wifi, especially considering it seems like most of Franklin has no service.

Okay, you can't just order your food from a human being anymore, I get it. Using the touch screen panels that everyone else that day has touched with questionably clean hands is disgusting. It's like handling cash, you don't know if the last Joe Shmoe washed their hands before handling it. Otherwise the food is the same tasty burgers they've had for a while so goody. Food's good, using touchscreens to order is just wrong. What are they going to do during a rush and some elderly anti-technology geezer is holding up the line because they can't figure out how to work the dad blamed contraption?

The dining room has been completely remodeled to better serve the customer. The new items include two kiosks so you can order without going through the cashier.

The place was a mess, everything was out of stock by the soda fountain, an employee completely out of uniform (or possibly a homeless man hustling up his next meal) and it smelled like "distant poop". Despite all that, the staff was friendly and reasonably quick. The food was hot and as good as you'd expect. Tyler B was a delightful young gentleman, took our order well and seemed to actually care about not only the quality of his work but our satisfaction as well. He definitely changed my two star review to a three.
