Huge space with lots to do! We went primarily for the jump area. There is a whole other section of arcade games, climbing play area, vr, etc. The jump was 24$ for 2 hours, which is what we did. Everything else was pay to play and not worth it for us as we had limited time. Staff was kind and the entire place was clean, even bathrooms! Not busy, as you see. A kid friendly place that is comfortable for adults too.

Those who don't live in the area may not realize that this place is answering a need in the western Carolina area, which is a need for fun, safe, indoor FAMILY entertainment. This was our first visit and I'll definitely be bringing my friends and their kids back with me. (From Bryson City)

Lots of options except go carts was closed. Indoor bumper cars was so much fun. Lots of games, jumping course, laser tag. Worth the drive from Blairsville

Went this past friday(Oct 22). We were on our way home from a trip and saw the sign that said ice cream as me and my wife were looking for a place to get some. Realized it was in The Factory. Looked fun so we looked it up and decided to give it a shot. The prices were very reasonable. Got a $30 card and got 10 free. They had a lot of games I hadn't seen in a while so the nostalgia was great. The ticket games were fun as well and the prices for the games were nice.. 75-2.50. The only drawback from the arcade was that some of the ticket games were pricey($2+) We got a large pepperoni pizza and for a entertainment center pizza it was actually very good. We were pleased with it. We also tried the ice cream and got a chocolate sundae. The ice cream was the standard stuff so nothing special but it was still good. There were a lot if activities to do and you could easily bring the family and make a whole day out of it. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again.

The area is close to almost too many attractions to list. Highlands, waterfalls, hikes, lake and river activities, shopping, small towns, not so small towns, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cherokee, Ashville, scenic mountain drives and endless views.
