We were so excited to see that this KFC has Chicken Livers. Most of the KFC's have stopped cooking them. We live in Sylva and it's a 18 mile drive but I don't mind driving to find Delicious Perfectly Fried Chicken Livers. 😋 Even if it is only on Wednesdays.

Placed order Saturday afternoon for a one o’clock pick up. When I got there they hadn’t even checked their online orders. Staff argued with us about having placed it even though I had receipt. Missing item when we finally got home. Quick pickup was 25 minutes.

Not just this location, all of them. A few years back they changed the type of oil they cook the chicken in. Supposedly it was "healthier" as if anybody ever thought that fried chicken could be health food! Ever since then, the chicken has had a more greasy, almost slimy texture. The change didn't do the flavor any good either. When they still had the good potato wedges, it was worth going here for those. Now that the potato wedges are gone there is just no reason to ever go here. I used to be a fan of Kentucky Fried Chicken and it makes me sad that the food has been ruined by misguided attempts at pretending it was healthy. Thank goodness for Bojangles.

Spent 45 minutes waiting in line to get coleslaw and biscuits. Lady in front of us was allowed to add a ton to her order at the window and wasn't asked to pull ahead while it was prepared. All they had to do was hand us the items. Efficiency is not paramount here. It was tasty though
