If you are not going to adopt a dog , I would say no . They might have puppies available but it would not be in the dogs best interest for you to play with the dog and just leave. Besides if the puppy got injured it would not bode well for the agency. They are open to all people who are serious about adopting a pet.
The center does not allow visitors to play with the animals unless they are intending on adopting that particular animal. This is so the animals are not overwhelmed by visitors.
There weren't many puppies the last time i went. Mostly adult dogs.
