I have the same problem but you have to keep calling leaving messages..SMH
What Foodstamp office closes their phone helpline at 2p? I'm from Denver, everything stays open until 5p I have even had foodstamps in TX and NEVER have I ever experienced such unprofessionalism as when I moved to GA. I dont have active SNAP benefits and they want me to wat 2 BUSINESS DAYS to talk to someone. My 7 year old cant go 2 days without having food. and the food banks are so far away for someone who relies on the bus as transportation... This is so dumb. I cant even get Emergency foodstamp until my case is approved SMH
It’s now November 2021 and still haven’t improved . My “caseworker” won’t return calls, obviously checking messages because last week her voicemail was full and yesterday I was able to leave message . Been calling since august and leaving messages when I can and still NO Return Call
Try pressing the option to make a change and someone should be on there
I have had the same problem. Ive left messages everyday for over 4 months and keep getting the same case worker " L. Mori" or as voicemail states "Ms Alveraddo" and she NEVER returns calls. She called once almost 20 minutes past the interview time and let it ring twice and hung up. I have called every number possible but get nothing just a denial letter saying that I didnt do my part when its blatantly clear and provable that she is not doing her part.
