Please go! Don't waste ur time calling bc no one picks up the phone and if they, they'll give u wrong information. I know this cluster for 3 years!

Don't call. You will waste your time. I had bad experience with them. Even after I did submit the renewal applications on line and on time. And i had a confirmation number. They denied my son application. They sent me a letter said that I didn't do it. I went there in person, after waiting for hours and hours , the lady by the front dest wasn't professional at all. She said go home and someone will call you. And never ever someone called. My son ended with no insurance..although he is special needs. The worst place ever to ask for help.

Good luck with anyone answering the phone! You would do better going up there!

Your denial letter will have the reason for it. If you disagree go file an appeal asap. Document everything. Get names. Get copies of anything you submit. You will get a court date and they will say you failed to show up and verbally said you want to withdraw a few days before your actual court date. We have two letters that did this. Go to court anyway. Talk to the judge because they will try to get you to a caseworker who will do nothing. We went to court twice before getting it resolved. Words do not describe how lazy, unprofessional and incompetent these people are. I have proof so please do anyone try and defend how bad they are.

You need to go down there if you get in early like 7:30am you'll be seen within 30 minutes. Good luck

Its best to go to the office & speak with them face to face, that way you can get a real answer from a live person.

Hours waiting for answer literally and then the phone just hung up. 😭 , just go
