I didn't need a referral. You may need to ask your insurance .

I had surgery there but I was referred. I don't think you need a referral . I was referred by my pain management Doctor but my insurance blue cross blue shield doesnt require that I have a referral so like the lady said that works there it depends on your insurance and doctor .
