i payed about $ 3700 for a FS34 (Big one - Bus Style with 1 huge Slideout) for 3 weeks (Booking was from germany through a German travel agency) it was the Sunshine RV Fleet (older El Monte Models) Now they are called "Mighty RV" Gas consumtion about 30-35 Liter per 100km or 6-7 mpg depends on driving and if generator for the Roof-ACs is running while driving....
It depends on the size and model. We had a 4 berth with shower and toilet and it averaged out at approx $1300 per week, but you also have to take fuel into account so to fill a tank was roughly $100 and that would last 150 - 200 miles depending on speed and road. Be careful with el monte though as these things rattle like heck, bits fall off inside and fly open and it's not unusual to see screws or sawdust on the floor as things work themselves loose.
