WORST experience ever. My brother is out of state and unfortunately ended up in the hospital. He had a prescription sent to Publix but was told it would be ready the next day. This is a life saving steroid that if not taken immediately would put his life at risk. We were so happy to hear Walgreens had stock of the prescription and wanted to help and contacted this Publix to release the prescription so my brother could receive and start his medication immediately. Publix said no! It only seems like they’re trying to make money and do not care about putting my brothers life in danger in the process. Thank you to Walgreens for trying to help my brother. Shame on Publix for putting my brothers life on the line. I live here in Orlando and I always loved Publix Pharmacy but after today I WILL be moving elsewhere for my family’s medications. This is not only upsetting for us but I am worried about others. How many times has this happened before? Will it happen to another person and/or family? This is not okay.

Mila at the bakery had a bad attitude and was extremely rude and nasty .. if you don’t like your job... quit.
