Service/product: Pharmacy switch / emergency prescription refill Opinion: 100% Satisfied; staff were accommodating of my special needs and were helpful in answering important last-minute questions regarding my medication and potential side affects. As a trans person, I felt safe picking up my medication here. Notes: Recently switched a prescription to this location and had no delays or issues. Within a few hours of getting the prescription, I was able to pick it up with minimal delay. LGBT-friendly: Yes (imo)

I called this location to get an emergency refill on my blood pressure meds until I get back to Georgia the pharmacist SHAKTI was making all kinds of excuses after I answered all her questions and wasting my time on the phone then when I told her that I was going to file a complaint she started laughing at me REALLY I thought Publix was based on 100 % Customer satisfaction now I have to go to an urgent care was to get a refill this is absurd I’ve never had any problems with Publix and have been going to Publix for years to know that they hired an ignorant person like this is gonna hurt them I hope someone from upper management respond to this problem Do not deal with this location PERIOD
