I switched from CVS to Publix and when they called me that "my prescriptions were ready" it turned out that couldn't fill all 4. It was a huge disappointment because I needed all 4. I had even come in person initially to discuss the switch and tried to verify that they could fill all 4 but the person in pharmacy blew me off with the comment that they don't know until they port the prescriptions from CVS (which turned out to be BS because when they couldn't fill one of my Rx's they knew right away they were over there limit for that one). If they simply took 30 seconds to hear me tell them my 4 prescriptions it would have saved me 10 days of scheduling/meeting my doctor (which costs $) and porting the Rx. Now I still don't have my meds and have to start over with a new Pharmacy or port back to my old one. I realize it's not 100% Publix fault that the govt limits how many Rx they can fill BUT they could have mitigated the issue and provided better service. Instead they were arrogant and perpetuated the problem. I even talked to the manager and he didn't seem to appreciate where they went wrong and wanted to focus on how they were limited. Again, just tell customers what you can do before them through the hassel. End of the day it was a bait and switch. You wouldnt do this to somebody needing chemotherapy medication so dont assume other pills are not critical to a patient. If you are considering Publix pharmacy I'd say stick with a major pharmacy or mail order and leave Publix to the milk and bananas.

Had a vaccine appointment for my mom - the set-up for vaccines was done very well and it was very easy to know exactly where to go. Everyone was super helpful and extremely attentive! Great job Publix!

I was the only one in line waiting in the drop off area. I waited for more 25 mins, The white blonde lady in the white lab coat did not catch her name was unprofessional, she saw me waiting there and completely ignored me. A while later a customer came behind me she then proceeded to ignore me and asked the lady if she needed help immediately. I can’t believe the service. I’ll be going else where to get my prescriptions filled. That is not how to you treat a customer.
