The staff seems to be pretty friendly but I had a question. If you have a difficult customer or someone with a big order why don’t you have them pull up out of peoples way so you can get people through the drive through?

I used to work there and I can tell you honestly, people will literally refuse to pull forward.

Questions here aren't answered by the restaurant but by local guides. But it's not always possible to ask someone to pull forward, depends on the circumstances. Restaurants try to take care of all customers equally. And large orders are asked to pull forward and they run the order out.

I wouldn't know because I never make the mistake of going to drive through

The New Redesigned longated drive thru now can accommodate your request because if youre behind someone with a large order or difficulties when they pull forward you can still exit the drive thru because they have 3 windows instead of the 2 usuall windows which allows plenty of room to exit after receiving your order while the other customer is taken care of
