Just go and talk to the manager. They probably were told to fill it to that level and if that doesn't fix the problem try talking to the owner and the problem would be resolved

If you talk to the manager he will be in later today you'll be able to fix your problem maybe you'll be able to make you a better smoothie we do want you to come back please don't give up on this location employees trying their best and I'm sure the problem can be fixed
