The person taking the order casually asked if we wanted our choice of 3 different sides and listed fries, onion rings, or cheese curds. We picked from that list and there was an up charge that was nearly half the price of the meal that wasn't mentioned. I get the sales tactic but that's the way to make sure we don't come back. I'm not saying it's not worth the up charge but the not mentioning it was deliberate. The burgers here are so small and tasteless with a giant bun.

If the ice cream machine is broken let the customer know. Whip cream won't hide it. Has went down hill.
