I purchased tickets online last week for a passport as well as the sloth encounter for this coming Friday, but I haven't gotten anything in the mail yet. Should I just bring my confirmation email with me?

When I went last week I only had my confirmation email(s) nothing printed and had no issue whatsoever. I only paid for the sloth encounter and was given total access to the facility without any other purchase. Hopefully this helps.

Yes I had ID and they look me up. There very nice. No hard times there. I been there 4 times. Love it. Very friendly 😊
