You need a sticker to legally visit this park. If you visit illegally you'll likely get a parking violation. Its a nice park with a lot of room for walking/hiking. The playground is also very nice and big.

You don't need to be a resident to visit, but you do need a resident pass to park. There's limited street parking outside the entrance though.
Not to get in, but to park a car, the town sticker is required.
