We love how interactive it is with all the animals. My son loved it and he almost walked into the turtle exhibit.

What a sad little place. I guess that’s to be expected with animals at a mall. I don’t know how it’s allowed. A poor Tucan that has no room to fly, a small shark going back and forth frantically probably hoping there will be more space the next time around, a large tortoise with the smallest space to walk, otters? They weren’t there… not sure if they were in the back or they lived their last days in their small space too. Thankfully kids don’t know how sad it is for those animals but as an adult, I found it very very sad. I hope they close. I do not recommend.

Took my kids here for the first time and they absolutely loved it!! My son has autism and is very timid to talk to new people but nick went above and beyond taking his time and answering all of my sons questions. Staff was very pleasant will definitely be back

I'm 30 and had a good time! It's obviously aimed for children but it's fun, especially now in the winter to experience a zoo-like place without the chill.

Unfortunately no platypus. They have so many other amazing animals you can interact with though including a wallaby, kabararas, koatis, ducks, a large tortoise, bunnies, pigs, lizards and so much more.

When I went last week I only had my confirmation email(s) nothing printed and had no issue whatsoever. I only paid for the sloth encounter and was given total access to the facility without any other purchase. Hopefully this helps.
