You can. We encourage guests to bring a mask with them should you need them but in most cases you'll be able to maintain social distancing while on the trails.
This trail is pretty heavily trafficked especially on weekends. When I was there only about half of the people were wearing masks. Most times you can social distance, but I would avoid if you have risk factors.

The main loop around the outside of the park gives you social distance room, but the section on the old tow path can become congested, and wooden boardwalks the run through wetland near the nature center also see traffic. A mask is suggested for those areas I think.
