Hello....I bought a laptop recently from Best Buy and had the Geek Squad set it up. When I received it back ,they gave me the Webroot Secure devise back unopened. Did they install their own device or am I suppose to install this device myself ?

Most software is now digitally downloaded, and a lot of subscription based products don't have disks in them.
