I am very disappointed and disheartened by my latest experience with Best Buy. For the past 3 years, I have made all my electronic purchases with Best Buy at 793 Iyannough Rd., Hyannis. As a sole parent sometimes forced to take a leap of faith to trust the business practices and products...Best Buy fell short big time, failing me and my child. I purchased TotalTech in 2020 (October 3, 2020 - I had to find that proof ON THEIR WEBSITE (ACCOUNT LOGIN) after told this last Wednesday by the TotalTech Representative that he can't find when I purchased it. Their 800# (the rep. had me talk to in store - all while the manager refused to come over, instead rep. went to him twice - I was in the Total Tech waiting area but could see them talking.) said they couldn't find when purchased as well. And that the rep can only try to restart my Samsung EVENTHOUGH the rep. did NOT even offer that. In fact, he said there isn't anything he can do and handed me back the phone. Oh yeah, the Samsung android cost me out of pocket over $1k just one year ago at THAT BestBuy, I had my receipt. I did not drop it, there are no cracks, etc. I simply was talking to an insurance agent and it went black, I had to ask the rep. to hang up because I couldn't see anything on the screen. When I purchased the phone it was made clear to me that the phone was protected. After all, I had TOTALTECH. How could they do this???? I was lied to and taken advantage of. Its awful how I was treated while in the store - by the way the first time because every time I purchased something I had great service, was totally happy with it. I have purchased multiple products and was treated badly. Truly disheartening and bad business practice!

Short of asking a hundred questions, I would say just call the geek squad number and get your answer.

Some trouble shooting You may want to unplug it and plug the sub woofer and plug it back in. There may be a setting on the receiver, to use the sub woofer Also the TV may have its own setting that puts the woofer into play. Also if it has a radio function, try using the radio and see if the woofer works with that setting, or a DVD player or roku box. It may just be the TV setting. Good luck
As long as you have the receipt and original packaging the item came in those are the only two things you need to return something

Look up on the website for in-stock and usually once you turn the scanner or printer and give it access to your network MacOs will find it without hassle, just make sure you get an Apple compatible scanner for your needs and to make your life easier, I don't work at bestbuy but Geek Squad will go to your house and help you out (for a fee i presume)

If you Google best buy Hyannis and put the item in search on there site it will tell you how many they have and cost. It will also tell you closest shore if they don't have..and shipping options.

It is best to call your local Best Buy to find out about their electronics recycle program. We have used them several times. Also they have a small fee for this service. 😃

I returned a cell phone that was purchased over the holidays in dartmouth to the best buy in Attleboro, it was in the box and had receipt and the receipt did say 14 days from day of purchase but had no problem returning it and was not charge a restocking fee. The manager explained that it would be sold as an open box item at a lower price.

You would need to go to a medical supply store to purchase a heart rate monitor. Google "medical supply store" and they have quite a few options.
The iPhone 6 has an integrated battery, odds are Best Buy doesn't sell these. Better off trying an apple repair service.
