Maybe managers should be more concerned with the fact that her employees aren't paying attention to customers picking up mobile orders instead of scolding people for grabbing their food because they've been completely ignored.

Your original recipe is terrible now. The only thing I like is the cole slaw, which I'm not sure, but I may pick it up as a side only. I won't be getting the chicken any more.

You still don't have good help Along with chicken their should be great customer care but your female manager does not have great, or even good customer care. She is rude and pushy. Makes the customers feel like they have to be submissive. She is the worse. I'm surprised a company like this didn't see through all her nosence .
