Excellent craftsmenship!! The torn patch was caused by an adhesive-mounted cell phone holder falling off and taking a part of the dashboard upholstery. The patch is 2X3 inches at longest and widest. Jim responded quickly to my request with a reasonable price. Said he could get it patched up and it'll be about 90% good. When all said and done, looks to me like it's 100% good! He provides on-site service; got the work done in my driveway. It took about an hour. Seamless - can't even tell that it was patched up. Good as new. Highly recommended.

I am the owner, if a customer's correspondence does not get answered they usually follow up with a text or a phone call. We get multiple calls a day,some while we are working. Unfortunately a few may fall through the cracks.
