This shop is conveniently located (less than 20 minutes from where the hy line lands) Friendly staff who explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable

That is absolutely true.
Yes they are doing under the mask piercings. However anything involving inside the mouth must have a negative covid test or be vaccinated. Mask still required before and after the service.
You need your parent with you (in person) and ID that prove that is you
18 without the consent of a parent. That's state wide I believe
You can be in there together I believe You just have to wear your mask and all

$80 min for each..... Probably not much more if anymore
