I went to the Hyannis, Massachusetts Visionworks at 9am to get my glasses I had purchased there several years ago fixed. Even though they didn’t open until 10am, Ron and Julia let me in early. My progressives were crushed by an overzealous hugger! We found that my frame was No longer available but Ron searched until he found frames that would fit my lenses and professionally put them in a plastic frame that I like even better than the original and I was out in less than 30 minutes! Kudos to Ron and Julia in Hyannis.

Everytime I come here the staff are pleasant, funny and kind. They have a great team with great attitudes towards each other and the customers. Always giving a nice laugh. Even when they are swamped they are patient and go above and beyond to help. My most recent visit was a walkin eyeglass repair. Erika was very kind and personable as she spent a good amount of time rewiring my frames. She never made it feel rushed or as if it was an inconvenience despite working 15 minutes past closing. To top it off, they didn't charge me even though the frames were 3 years old and had definitely lasted beyond their expected lifetime. I am so happy, wish I had taken them in sooner to get repaired. They are like new again. Thank you Erika and the rest of the amazing team you guys have.

I needed an emergency repair while there on vacation. They took care of me even though they were swamped with people who had appointments. Fast, efficient and pleasant and would not charge me!
