To the owner/manager: why do you keep this restaurant so short-staffed that the lobby must be closed during peak hours??? The tiny parking lot simply cannot handle the 10+ cars queuin to order from the drive up

You still don't have good help Along with chicken their should be great customer care but your female manager does not have great, or even good customer care. She is rude and pushy. Makes the customers feel like they have to be submissive. She is the worse. I'm surprised a company like this didn't see through all her nosence .

Because it's a hard job. The people who work in this KFC are incredible. Not easy to find good help.
