Going to family where 24 year old with police record and ex addict. Her dad had police record. She dresses like a boy and likes girls. Knows nothing about raising children especially ones with problems. Wantedto put 5 year old in Phil Haven. See how she dresses them . Clothes don't match She smoke and boys have asthma

Family can see the children; mostly supervised visits but sometimes they can go on weekends. And the mom may have a say in where they go. If there are multiple children, she may request they stay together. She may request they go to a couple instead of single parent, they be an only child, whatever it may be. It's not always easy to fulfill her wants though.
