It's is impossible to get anyone to respond to emails or those stupid feedback forms.no one ever answers the phone at the numbers given.for the hearing impaired there is absolutely. No way to get in touch with anyone.they must hire incompetent people to work in the dhs.its discrimination for the disabled.not everyone has a tty/ttd phone.they don't even check your file for updates.

From my experience, workers are rude, unsympathetic, and will not hear you out. The fact that this is even a department is mind-blowing. Very distraught in regards to my experience talking on the phone with these folks.

How do I remove the fathers name from a birth certificate if he’s left and not contacted them in 5 years. They have no idea where he is. There is no custody order and no child support order.
