There was a lady at the counter when I arrived at 6:45 PM. One older gentleman was ahead of me. Since I knew that they close at seven I made sure to get off early and that we were there in enough time to get my one boys taper CORRECTED (from them) and a little bit taken off the top of the other. The lady didn’t even ask me what was needed, she told me this is the last person she’s taking that they close at seven. I asked her please tell me you’re joking because I took off early to make sure I got here before close . She said no we close at seven I’m done with this last person. I let her know that I was going to leave a review, Her response was to sarcastically smile at me and say “that’s fine you can leave a review”. I guess closing time should indicate that if you have somebody in the chair and it’s gonna be more than 15 minutes 20 minutes then that would be the last person that they actually don’t close at seven is determined and dictated in accordance with an estimate however long a person will take. I realize that there are more people that work there than just that one person but because of the immaturity and lack of customer service skills I refuse to support that nearby business any longer.

For the first time in my life I had to go to another place to get my hair fixed after the lady messed up my hair. Normally I would not care if my hair was messed up as its short and will grow back out pretty quick. However, it was so bad and noticeable I had to pay for a second haircut somewhere else. The 2nd person to cut my hair immediately noticed and was able to fix most of it. This place has had a lot of turnover in the past year. My whole family used to go here but after the last visit it will be the last. Be very aware this place has a no refund policy so if you don't like your haircut or they completely mess up, they offer a free haircut as compensation.
