Yes, there are hotels in the area but they might be a tad expensive/overpriced. Good luck!
There are some right by high line. But it is in Chelsea and could be expensive. I found 'The Standard High Line' at 848 Washington St. 'Hotel Anericano' in 518 W 27th and 'OHM' at 312 11th Ave are realy close. If you take a look at google for High line in NYC you see the green line and find many more Hotels in that area. You can arrive that place easy with sub and bus too.
