They have a children section on the 2 or 3rd floor.
Occasionally they have some kid friendly program guides, but i didn't see any last time i was there. That being said, there is a lot to see and enjoy, but be ready to have to intervene to prevent your kid from touching the art. If you need a break, the window on the top floor with a view of the Hudson was a big hit with my toddler, and occasionally there are also some couches to catch a breather.
My kids love this museum! The exhibitions are usually funny for kids, but is always good to double check what are they going to see
Mmm i don't think so
I don't remember anything set up for children. Maybe I'm wrong and there might be something in the basement. The art is always entertaining there but maybe nothing child specific.
Hi Ben. I am doing well. Thanks for the question. I brought my 4 kids to The Whitney and they all had a hoot! Obviously, your kids may not be as sophisticated as mine, but I am sure any young Mister or Misses could enjoy themselves here!
