The WROSE customer service ever. Please believe all the negative reviews as they are not an exaggeration. I placed my order on March 30th 2022. I have not received my orders as of now and today is May4,2022. I called the number on the invoice and was told customer service is only open Monday-Friday so I would have to call back. I called back that Monday April 17th,2022. I gave my order number and was told it pulled to the wrong account (eye roll), and was then told all sample orders were mailed on Friday and when I tried to explain that I had placed my order over 2 weeks ago I was told again told all samples orders go out on Friday and the line was disconnected. I’ve sent several emails between my order date and today May 4th 2022, all went unanswered. I called on May 4th and was told yet again that my order went out on Friday but it didn’t have all of my order swatches as some of them are super expensive fabrics. When I asked about a refund the call was disconnected. I called my bank and requested a refund for fraud. DON’T SHOP HERE SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE.

I needed two specific things for the lining of a coat and I didn't know where to look because I don't buy fabric often. They asked if I needed help, I told them what I needed and my budget, and they pulled exactly what I needed. Friendly too. It's the first fabric store where I left and thought "that was easy, I should just come here every time I need something."

Told me they close at 630 and there closed got here at 620 and there closing time online is 7 smh came all the way from Brooklyn and called before I came to assure they were disappointed
