This program is free with general admission and no advanced registration is required.
Specifically for a 5-year old? No. However I see many youngsters and their parents enjoying the natural history exhibit.
It's a small museum def worth a visit
If I'm not mistaken, there are some interesting grounds around the museum. The permanent natural history area is really quite great. You got shiny rocks, things to touch, and interesting displays. The rotating exhibits... Maybe not so much.
