I am having trouble with my neighbors dogs.Three apartment tenants has dogs that uses my property to use the bathroom. We have spoken to them about this to no avail. Besides putting up a fence that I cant afford what do I do?

Talk to the landlord; perhaps the tenants are not allowed to have dogs, or the landlord could be persuaded to install a fence to avoid a nuissance complaint against them.
