No the humane society does not do normal pet care, but they can refer you to other resources that could be of help. Sos would be someone to call also.
Sorry I really know how fast they can get you in. Try SOS for cats and dogs. At least call and they might b able to find fast help for you and your fur baby. Sorry I couldn't help. Good luck!
