I will never go there again! I told management about lady who was not wearing her mask for the last hour and management lied to me and said she spoke to lady...which was a huge lie because I watched the lady for one hour as she sneezed and coughed while wiping her mouth and nose then continue touching clothing with those germs hands. Management stated their policy is to not force their customers into wearing masks but rather offer one to them. I told manager that the only thing that they did was to make an announcement about covid safety and they never even addressed the customer because I watched. Never again going in there. They have no Covid care or policy!
I would have not the watched the lady for an hour. I would have left the building. But that's just me.
