Nurses and some other staff are so rude at Bristol hospital. I simply asked a question about gloves and if they were made to use them while changing any type of IV in ICU or downstairs and she replied with an attitude that our skin is a natural barrier and she has been doing this for 25 years so she shouldn't need to use gloves. As she dropped items on the floor and picked them up and proceeded to change the IV and start potassium the guard downstairs told me he would let the pt know that I wouldn't be coming back in the room bc he said someone made a comment that I was taking pictures and told me I needed to show him my personal photos or I wouldn't be allowed back into the ER. Then the charge nurse came out with him and sat down with me and said since we have a good report bc I already made a complaint on a nurse being rude to the pt I was there with she said she can't tell me who made the complaint but wants to see my phone I said no... This place is wack. Today that same gaurd is downstairs and let a woman who was on a video call upstairs in the rooms while video taping everything. I've never seen so much disrespectful staff and no morals no clue on how to be good to people in general.

I really hate coming here. I always get the lazy Dr assistant that doesn't wanna do their job. 2 hours in the waiting room for sub par medical care.
