Absolutely horrible. Would give ZERO stars if i could. I ordered ski boots on Dec 13. Days before xmas i called 2xs and emailed to find out about the status of my order, which hadn’t arrived. No reply to the email and nobody answered the phone and the voicemail box was full. Worse yet my credit card was charged for the order! My child didnt get their “big xmas gift” because of this. Fast forward to the DAY AFTER XMAS. I get an automated email saying my order has shipped! I click on the shipping info and the label had just been created on Dec 26 and the shipment STILL hadn’t left yet! LOL. Worse yet, i live 1.5 hrs away from their shop! I could have driven there and back any day... which i would have, had i known her gift wasn’t going to arrive for Christmas!

I'd give Bob's zero stars if that were an option. I ordered a new Prana skirt from there and upon arrival it was clearly used. I called the store immediately and customer service was nice enough. They apologized profusely and said that it was their fault. They do try to not have that happen but some items may slip through from time to time. I asked how to handle the situation and they said they would provide a shipping label for me to return the item and that they would pay for shipping. Upon delivery of the skirt, they processed a refund and charged me for the shipping. I reached out to them and said it was their policy to charge for shipping returns, even if they promised otherwise. I tried the PayPal route to get a full refund but after a while it just became a hassle for $5 so I gave up and in. Bob's can have my $5 and I will write a bad review in response so everyone knows not to order anything from Bob's that you may remotely actually want or possibly need to return, no matter what the reason even if they send you the wrong item.

It took 13 days and an E-mail for them to realize "oh this item was not in stock". No reliability at all.
