All the 1-star reviews that mention late deliveries are accurate. It's coming into day 3 for an order I paid "Same day delivery" for, and my package is stuck at this Bristol warehouse apparently. I would choose to not "use" this warehouse for my deliveries, but I doubt there's any way to avoid it since Amazon directs the packages automatically. I normally wouldn't mind the delay, but I ordered water and dehydration mix because I currently have Covid-- which is why my order was urgent.. I'm not driving to the warehouse to pick it up either because I'm quarantining. So uh.... yeah-- it would've been great to get an on-time delivery instead of sweating to death here... UPDATE: As I expected, I never got the package. I sent for a refund at Amazon to get my money back. At this point I would normally recommend to never use the business I'm reviewing, but it's an Amazon warehouse in this case. Unfortunately, it's entirely possible that if I repurchase the items again, they'll just get routed to the same distribution center again, which is exactly what I'd want to avoid. Amazon should make it so you can blacklist certain distribution centers, or make it so they are required to meet a certain standard to be considered an official Amazon distribution center, etc.

No this is a random person who happens to work for Amazon someone put his number up there, must of made the wrong person mad
they pay too low for the type of the job
Because they screw up so much they'd have hundreds of complaints every day! They always mishandle my packages and do not follow my delivery instructions. I've actually waited for the delivery driver and had them get their boss on the phone because he wouldn't give out the number.
