You can't drive a car through it as it is for pedestrian use. Still, it is worth a visit, especially to see the topiary sculptures around the pond. During Spring and Summer, the flowers are amazing. If you love architecture, you can admire the Christo Rey school building. It used to be the Old Deaf School and it's exterior is impressive. Additionally, this park is next to Columbus' Main Library. It is one of the top rated libraries in the US. Its building is spectacular and it recently was renovated and a large addition was added to the back of the building. This park is one of my most favorite places in Columbus.
If you are in the city, it's a nice stop. You can park near by. The library is near by and also worth the visit.
No it is a tiny park. It has cool brush sculptures but tiny park. Go to high banks if you can. It is a much better park.
If you're in the downtown area it's definitely worth the visit. Really cool concept, and the topiary sculptures are nicely filled in right now.
It's a small park and worth visiting for a quick walk.
If you are in the city this is a MUST see. You aren't going to hike or necessary get exercise here but you will get a unique, cultural experience and see beautiful topiaries! Grab a take out lunch at the Brown Bag Deli or Katzingers in German Village and enjoy it in the park among the scenery.
I would include it on your visit. Many locals don't know about it. There is a gift shop, with information as well as small, but nice trinkets. You can take ten minutes or a couple hours enjoying it. Besides along the river, this is that hidden treasure place, thats perfect to enjoy. Grab a cuppa and a sweet treat to bring along. You don't get to see this kind of thing just anywhere. Its free, lovely, and chill.
No not for driving thru, dit ia best enjoyed walking thru.. Bat first stop at the visitor center to seme the painting that the park ia from
