Thank you for your interest in Edgewater Landing! As far as safety, unfortunately, crime has no address. Our community does take precautions such as key fob entryways, surveillance cameras, providing a courtesy guard, and also doing background checks on all applicants. We offer several amenities such as outdoor pool with sundeck, park-like setting with picnic tables and grills, roof top fitness center and party room just to name a few. My niece lives there. She has never complained about anything. She has lived there about 5 years.
I don't know about the safety, as I've been there just once. The apartments are not worth the rent they charge, also it doesn't have quite a lot of amenities. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, Edgewater and Lakewood are friendly neighborhoods as I live there and never faced any problems!
