We are a conventional housing community and do not accept Section 8 or any other housing assistance programs. We do allow 1 dog per apartment, 30 pounds and under, at an additional monthly pet fee plus non-refundable deposit, breed restrictions apply. Service dogs are also permitted to medically qualified individuals. Please give us a call in the office if you have any further questions.
