The staff is super cool. I love their strawberry shakes. I get one every time with my meal (BLTA sandwich). This vist, I also tried the Gyro sandwich, and it was exceptionally delicious! Potbelly is definitely my kind of place. Bon Appétit!

They were fast considering how many people were in line and they made my sandwich well. They may need more people because everyone was working but looked TIRED!

They make a delicious sub. The hot peppers they put on there are crazy good. Order in advance if you are going for lunch. The line can be very long and they are not always organized.

December 2021: I ordered the chicken club and Oreo cookie shake and it was good. The jalapeño peppers added a nice kick to the sandwich. Pros: * Location. In the heart of downtown Cleveland. * Good eats from people with local ties to the community. Cons: * It can take a while to get the food, but nothing too long. I believe that I waited 15 minutes.
