I'm sorry for your difficulties. I just went to the site on Safari and Chrome from a phone and a laptop and am not seeing any issues. Could your browser need to be updated?

I don't know how to fix your problem exactly but I have no troubles accessing their site on Google Chrome. Safari I do not know.
