We had our daughter's 10th birthday party here. The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and well-mannered. The facility was clean with hand sanitizer stations and centrally located bathrooms, lots of party table seating, and a lot of choices for the kids to get out their energy. The pizza was very good, too. The Ninja Renegade course was a smash hit, especially the wall!

My kids went to a birthday party there, within about 10 minutes of getting on the floor my child fell very hard on an in padded concrete floor. There were no staff in sight. They had to be asked for ice. They never once came back over to check if she was ok. I ended up taking her to urgent care to rule out a spinal fracture.
