For me it's now.. Autumn.. Cool.. But sometimes just a flannel shirt will do.. Breezy.. Not humid which now defines NY Summer's.. Lots of people out but it's a different energy.. More laid back.. Great under a tree reading weather.. Bring a coffee with you, find a rock or bench and people watch .
I agree. I'm not from NY but just went there and the timing couldn't be better. The weather is perfect. Not too cold, not hot. The trees have all kinds of colors. The only thing is that due to COVID-19 there may be some places closed, so take your precautions.
Every time of year has its Joy's, even winter, but my favorite time is autumn. It's comfortable and the changing colors add depth and texture
