The website says to show up an hour before curtain. That’s ridiculous! Surely if I arrive 20-30 minutes before curtain, they must seat me. What’s that about? Wanting me to spend money?

1 hour is only necessary if you want to shop/look around before hand. they don't start letting people in until an hr before and the line only takes 15min from the back. we arrived 15 minutes before on the second day and there was no line and we had time to get drinks before it started. Enjoy the show! We loved it.

Hello Elaine, I work for the theater and we open the doors to the lobby 1hour before showtime, (1:00pm for the 2:00pm show, 6:30pm for the 7:30pm show) just to give our patrons time to refresh themselves and prepare for the performance. You're under no obligation to purchase anything from the store, we just want you to have wonderful time and experience the magic of this fantastic show! Hope to see you soon!
