Not disputing your claim but I've gone there too many times to count and customer service is never an issue. Whether you eat in or take out, they are prompt and friendly

I agree with Umo, I've been there many many times and the customer service and the food have been great.
Maybe they had a bad day, give them another chance. When I go they are friendly and quick.
I had no idea what I wanted and they were so sweet and patient with me and the food was great.
