The staff don’t know how to find orders using the app, then the manager threatened to call the police because I refused to leave the window without my food or refund. Ended up having to leave without my order or refund since the manager is more concerned about his window timer than actually providing decent customer service.

I had the most awful Burger King experience here today! I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of my account’s coupon online while at the drive through window. I spoke with the assistant over the kiosk and expressed to them that my order would be coming through momentarily but that I didn’t want onions on my burger. I stated that I didn’t see the option online but still placed it through the app to mobile pay. The assistant, Paula immediately said “your order is already done”. I had just ordered 20 seconds ago while at the window, as mentioned earlier. I asked her was it possible to have no onions and she responded rudely “no you ordered through the app”. I continued to question why the order couldn’t be remade since I had just placed it and she replied that they don’t remake orders and she refused to assist any further. Which more than likely means, they already had extra burgers ready and didn’t “feel” like making any more. I asked her whether orders were made to order or preprepared and she responded that they make them as they receive them. How was a burger made in 20 secs? I pulled up to the receiving window and she was extremely rude and said that if I had an issue, I needed to reorder through the app and her body language was extremely aggressive. Due to her hostile manner, I asked to speak to the manager, Mr. Lopez who approached me with the same rude tone and responded that they don’t remake orders and that there was nothing he would do. In such disbelief, I called customer service who immediately assisted with my order and refunded me. They were extremely pleasant and kind. They advised me that they would assist with me re-ordering but I was apprehensive because I didn’t know if they would tamper with my food. I have never had such a negative experience before at any restaurant and was shocked that Burger King would have staff members who don’t take customer service and politeness to all seriously. I wish they had been more kind and willing to work with their customer. I will never come back to this location.

The manager is very rude and he gave us a spoiled food my son is sick now and I wanted him to apologize he started fighting with me and he was racist.

I love my Burger King! ❤️ I love Bog whopper sandwich 🍔 ❤️ Burger King CHUNKY Fríes not skinny fries and junk small pieces like McDonald’s. Burger King have so good fries. Look the picture. 😋 healthy Burger with salad! Tomatoes, pickles and lettuce so good. Not like Wendy’s burgers “blind” without salad. 😕. If I don’t have salad in my sandwich, I don’t want a sandwich. “Let’s go to Burger King 🤴.” 🍦 “Sunday chocolate” my Sunday with ice cream! McDonald’s give me 1/2 cup ice cream. Uh 🙄 That’s why I never change my Burger King, is the king! Thank you people, and specially for Kitchen employees. We order, and you guys made everything faster and delicious for us. Sometimes customers don’t understand how work fast food restaurant. I appreciate your hard work 😓 Thank you 🙏 I love 💕 Burger King 👑
